Annual Leave Policy Update
Propose amendment to the annual leave policy to include 5 days of additional mental health leave per year, effective 1 January 2027. The change aligns with the updated Fair Work guidelines and competitor benchmarks.

The intent is good but the policy document needs to distinguish between personal mental health leave and the existing personal/carer's leave entitlement to avoid double-dipping claims. Please revise section 3.2.
